渋滞はあったのですが、特別に長い渋滞は発生していませんでした。

もう少しあとの時間になると長い渋滞になっていたのかもですが。

recently、weekdays、Regardless of holidays、朝というか午前中に名神高速と京滋バイパスの上りでほぼ毎日渋滞が発生しています。

何かあったのでしょうか？

土曜日や日曜日はお出かけの方で渋滞しているんだなという感じはするのですが、平日も長い渋滞となっているんですよね。
