Is it good or bad to sit on the train?

I'm not that attached to sitting on the train though.、I hate crowded trains、munejyuka。

Sometimes though、I sit on the train on the way home.、When I suddenly noticed、I doze off。
This is the number one reason why I oversleep.。If you fall asleep without intending to sleep, you will easily pass the station where you will get off.。
