平日は缶コーヒー断ちしてます、munejyuka。 そんなアタクシなので今日の帰りに喉が渇いたので何か飲もうと思ってコンビニに行きました。 買ったのは飲むヨーグルトです。なんとなく体にいいかなと思って。 でも飲んでみると甘いなぁと思ってしまいました。これって何が入ってるんかと思ってパッケージを見てみたら三温糖と書かれていました。 よくわからないので調べてみると、立派な普通の砂糖です。そりゃ甘いわなとなりました。 缶コーヒーも角砂糖数個分入ってますよとよく言われるので飲むのを控えているのですが、あれだけ甘く感じる飲むヨーグルトにも缶コーヒーとたいして変わらない砂糖が入っているのかもしれませんね。 明日から何を飲みましょうかね… 水？お茶？？ ん〜 これらしかないですかねぇ？？
