周辺の広い範囲で強い風が吹いて、大雨をもたらしています。

After 8am、・ There is no speed limit due to crosswinds on the Sky Gate Bridge.。

渋滞は発生しているのか？

雨で通行止めになっているのか？

Confirmation result、Traffic was closed in the following areas:。

・Maizuru Wakasa Expressway up and down line between Maizuru Higashi IC and Ayabe IC due to rain

・Kobe Awaji Naruto Expressway up and down line between Fusebata JCT/IC and Higashiura IC

Due to crosswinds

Due to crosswind between Naruto IC and Sumoto IC

・Kansai International Airport Bridge due to crosswinds

・Hanshin Expressway Bayshore Line between Rinku JCT and Rokko Island Kita due to strong winds

・Hanshin Expressway Osaka Port Line upbound between Nankokita and Honda due to strong winds

・Hanshin Expressway Yamatogawa Line downhill between Sanpo and Teppo due to strong winds

さすがに（？）渋滞は発生していませんでしたが、海沿いの高速道路を中心に通行止めになっていました。

大雨というよりは強い風の影響で通行止めになっています。

通行止めになっていない区間でも大雨や強風のため、速度規制が出されています。
