How to relieve lack of exercise?

I'm really lacking in exercise these days.。I haven't done any exercise。 Personally, my choices would be jogging or golf.、I can't really work on it。 Or is it a bicycle?。I love riding my bike around.、I think it's possible to ride it for exercise.。It's dangerous to run on a mama's bike、Is it good to run long distances?。Or maybe I could just buy a cool bike and go for long rides.。 思い切って自転車を買ってみるのもいいのかな?それともゴルフクラブを一式買ってやらなきゃいけない状況をつくってみるのもありかな? なんにせよ、I can't get enough of this as it is.、I think I'll start something properly.。
