How to relieve lack of exercise?

I'm really lacking in exercise these days.。I haven't done any exercise。

Personally, my choices would be jogging or golf.、I can't really work on it。

Or is it a bicycle?。I love riding my bike around.、I think it's possible to ride it for exercise.。
It's dangerous to run on a mama's bike、Is it good to run long distances?。
Or maybe I could just buy a cool bike and go for long rides.。

Should I take the plunge and buy a bicycle? Or maybe you could create a situation where you have to buy a set of golf clubs?
