Confirmation result、Traffic jams of more than 3 km were occurring in the following sections:。

・第二京阪道路　上り　鴨川東ＩＣ付近から３ｋｍ

３連休の初日となるとたいていこの時間から大渋滞が発生していたのですが、この日はそうではありませんでした。

第二京阪道路の上りが渋滞していたということは、京都観光に行かれる方が多いのかなという感じですがどうでしょうか。

３連休の方が多いと思われるその初日の朝でしたが、長い渋滞は発生していませんでした。

名神の上り線や中国道の下り線で渋滞しているのかなと思ったのですが。

もう少しあとの時間になると渋滞するのかもしれませんが。

それにしても少ないような気がします。

関空連絡橋付近の天候はこの時間は穏やかだったようです。

However、海上ですので急に風が強くなることもあります。

送迎等で車で関空へ行かれる方も多いかと思います。

通行の際はじゅうぶん気を付けてくださいませ。
