・阪神高速　神戸線　東行き　柳原付近から５ｋｍ

この渋滞は故障車があったようで１車線規制されていたのが影響していたようです。

Also、Meishin Expressway、京滋バイパスのそれぞれの上り線では渋滞はありませんでした。

recently、平日でも朝の時間帯にこの区間で渋滞が発生していたのですが、There was no traffic jam on this day.。

それだけお出かけされている方が少ないということでしょう。
