モノレールがありますが、一度北に行かないと乗れませんし、案外時間がかかります。

市内から大阪空港に行く場合はあまり渋滞はありませんが、逆の大阪空港から大阪市内に向かう方は渋滞になっている場合が多いです。
特に平日の朝と夕方は、必ずといっていいほど渋滞していますので、１５分でとはいかないと思います。

自動車で移動の際は、時間に余裕をもって行動していただければと思います。
