なんだかんだと言っているうちに９月も最終日になりました。

２０２３年も残り３ヶ月と１日ですね。

そんな２０２３年９月最終日、・ There is no speed limit due to crosswinds on the Sky Gate Bridge.。

２０２３年９月３０日（土）、Highway conditions in the Kinki region after 8 am

just confirmed、Traffic jams of more than 3 km were occurring in the following sections:。

・中国道　下り　池田ＩＣ付近から５ｋｍ

・阪神高速神戸線　西行き　生田川付近から１５ｋｍ

上記以外にも短い渋滞が幾つか発生していました。

意外と渋滞が発生していた印象です。

近畿地方は天気が晴れのところが多かったので、お出かけしようという方が多かったのでしょうか。

However、名神高速と京滋バイパスの上り線で渋滞が発生していませんでしたので、もしかしたら今日はお仕事だという方が多かった可能性もあります。

長い渋滞になっている区間は少なかったのですが、Three accident information、There were 4 broken vehicle information.。
