ここの区間は工事の影響で車線規制が実施されています。

Congestion also occurred between the Osaka Port Line and Higashi Osaka Line of the Hanshin Expressway.。

This section is also affected by construction near Awaza.、Lane restrictions are in place。

It is thought that this is causing traffic congestion.。
