この渋滞はお出かけの方の車が集中して渋滞したという感じではありません。

事故か故障車の影響でしょうか…

 

その他の区間では、There was no traffic。

 

 

 

台風１４号が凄過ぎる！

 

今回日本に上陸した台風１４号の勢力が強過ぎます。

 

Akashi Kaikyo Bridge、関空連絡橋ともに通行止めになった

 

時間がありました。

 

恐るべしです！
速度規制はしょっちゅうあるですが、Road closures are rare。
