今日の昼間はかなり晴れていました。秋晴れといったところでしょうか！ そんな秋晴れの日に行ってきました、餃子の王将・玉造店さん。細い路地通りにあるのですが、次々とお客さんが入ってきました。ランチタイムはとうに過ぎているにもかかわらずです！ お二人で切り盛りされておられたのですが、とても親切な対応で心が和みました。 また行きたいなという気持ちになったお店でございます。

Read more →電車で座るということにはそこまで執着心は無いですが、満員電車は嫌いです、munejyuka。 時々なのですが、帰りの電車で座って帰るのですが、ふと気付くと、うとうとしてしまいます。 これが寝過ごす１番の原因なんですよね。寝るつもりなく寝てしまうとあっさり降りる駅を通過してしまいます。 ということは？ 座るな！っちゅうことです。座らなくても大丈夫！体に悪いことはありません。たぶん知らんけど… でも目の前の席ががら〜んと空いてたら座ってしまいますよね… あー悩ましい…

Read more →天気がめちゃくちゃよかったのと、今年２回しかしていなかったのでバーベキューをしました。普通のお昼ご飯変わり程度ですが。 やっぱり寒かった！！ です。海沿いでやったのですが、風が強くて体感温度が低かったというところです。バーベキューはやっぱり暑いくらいがちょうどなのかもしれません。これも１つの経験です。今後に活かしましょ。 お肉焼いて、マシュマロ焼いて、焼鳥焼いただけですが、何となく楽しかったです。来年はもう少し回数を増やしたいです！！９月くらいまででしょうか？？
Read more →１０時間も寝れません、munejyuka。 最近の平均睡眠時間は６時間前後です。 長いかな？短いかな？？普通とちゃいます？ 短いからといって８時間、９時間も寝れないですし、５時間くらいやったら昼間にめちゃくちゃ眠たくなります。 自分のベストの睡眠時間を確立していきます！
