The term "negative spiral" is used in many places.。 I get summer fatigue every summer.。 暑くなる→元々食べる量が少ないのに輪をかけて食べる量が減る→体力低下→暑い日が続く→食べる量が減る→体力低下… といった具合です。 This is my downward spiral every summer。 I would like to improve it somehow.、I don't know why、There's nothing I can do about it.。 Even so, I don't fall over、I think it's because I make a conscious effort to get at least 6 hours of sleep.。 When I want to sleep, I fall asleep no matter what I do.。I don't even sleep with the cooler on.、I can fall asleep、素晴らしい！ なんて。 It's definitely better to be hot than cold、I would like to enjoy the summer no matter what.。
