It's hard to keep going everyday
”継続は力なり！”なんて昔からよく言われたり、そうだよねと思うことがありますが、現実は難しい… 個人的に家計簿チックなことをスマホアプリで入力していまして、そのアプリには何日連続して入力したかが出るのですが、どうしても３０～４０日前後で途切れてしまいます。途切れたからってどうってことないのですが、お金を使うことに対して意識的にと思っているので毎日入力しようと決めているのですが、実際は１００日継続とかには至っていません。やはりこれは潜在意識の中で、”継続しないくていいんとちゃうの？”と思っているところがあるからではないでしょうか。大袈裟か… この辺の頭の中が整理出来ていないというか、他のことでバタバタしていたり別のことをあれこれ考えているうちに当日入力が出来ないというのが現実です。 後は優先順位でしょうか。金額入力よりも他のことを優先しいていて、後回しになってしまうというもの。このことよりも大事なことはやっぱり先にしてしまいます。 それでも諦めたらそれで終わってしまうので、１日とばしは２日とばしでも継続していきたいなと思っています。いろんなことに対してですが！
