１０：４５　受付開始
説明を受けてiPhoneを預ける
１３時頃になるので５分前に来て欲しいとのこと（１１時終了）

１２：５０　店員さんに引き取りに来ましたと伝えイスで待つ
時間がずれ込んでいると言われる

１３：25 The battery replacement went well.、上手く起動しないとのことで
新しいものに交換になると言われる
