Read more →Recently、昼寝をするかせーへんかで迷ってるいる、munejyuka。 ここ３週間くらいはせーへんようにしてたんやけど、なんとな〜く芳しくない。However,、したからゆうて劇的にスッキリするもんでもない。 そもそもなんで昼寝をすんのをやめようかと思ったかというと、昼寝のクセがつくと、出来なかった時に夕方くらいにすんげー眠くなるっていう事実…それがもうたまらん感じになってしもたから。それで昼寝無し生活にしようと思ったねん。 睡眠時間は平均５時間くらい。ここを長くしたら昼寝せんでもえーようになるかな？ もう少し色々と試してみて、自分に合った習慣を見つけ出したいと思いますよぅ。
