・Meishin Expressway upbound 5km from near the Semimaru Tunnel entrance

・Keiji Bypass Upward 9km from near Uji Tunnel

・Chugoku Expressway downhill 8km from near Takarazuka Higashi Tunnel exit

・Daini Keihan Road up 3 km from near Fushimi IC

・Daini Shinmei Road downhill 4km from near Naya JCT/IC

・Hanshin Expressway Kobe Line westbound 18km from near Kyobashi

これだけの区間で長い渋滞が発生していたところをみると、This probably means that many people are on Obon holiday starting today.。
