Confirmation result、Traffic jams of more than 3 km were occurring in the following sections:。

・Chugoku Road Downhill 3km from Takarazuka IC

・Hanshin Expressway Kobe Line westbound 4km from near Ikuta River

先週の同じ時間帯は渋滞が無かったのですが、This week, there were traffic jams of more than 3km in two sections.。
