最近体重が少し減り気味のmunejyuka(@munejyuka)is。 今週は全く昼寝をせーへんかってん。ここ何年かは毎日１５分程、昼休みにうたた寝をしてていい気分転換になってたんやけど、反対に昼寝をせーへんかったら夕方前くらいにすんげー眠たくなってしまう日があってん。これは休みの日も同じで、昼寝をせーへんかったら夕方にめっちゃ眠くなってしまってたのよ。 これを解消すべく、昼寝をやめてみようかと。 for now、ええんか悪いんかはまだわからへんねんけど、せーへんかったらせーへんなりに過ごせるのも事実。 もうちょい続けてみようかと思ってま。
